Breakfast Briefing on London 2012
28th April 2009

The Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA), with a £9.3 billion budget, is responsible for designing and building the Olympic Park in East London, plus the other new 2012 venues around the country.  This presents a huge opportunity for businesses here in the West Midlands. Many of the contracts awarded to date by the ODA have been won by small and medium-sized companies.  But the majority of tenders are still to be let.  This conference will provide you with vital information about the London 2012 Business Network (www.london2012.com/business), the CompeteFor E-procurement system, and how you can bid for tenders throughout the ODA supply chain.

The event, sponsored by Advantage West Midlands, is being hosted alongside www.finditinsandwell.co.uk – an award-winning Sandwell Council initiative to encourage local businesses to inter-trade and pitch for bigger contracts.

Register now, by emailing the finditinsandwell team: stephen_massey@sandwell.gov.uk.

Advantage West Midlands, West Midlands 2012 Leadership Group and Sandwell Council look forward to welcoming you.
